The Man Behind the Mask.........and the props - Tommy Lee Wallace

Tommy Lee Wallace was the creative mind behind the infamous "Michael Myers" mask (aka "The Shape").

He also played Michael Myers in several scenes in the first Halloween movie.
Which scenes did he play?  Any scenes involving breaking props or scenery.
Why did he play in those scenes?  He was also the man behind the props and scenery construction.
